Before Moving
Hotline Inquiries
To understand the moving services required by our customers, we have dedicated staff to answer phone calls, address customer inquiries regarding moving, provide preliminary quotes, and explain our services and methods. Additionally, customers can also fill out an online quote form on our company website. We will respond promptly and provide you with the most suitable moving solution.
Free Quotation
After the customer confirms the preliminary information, we can provide online or phone quotations. If necessary, we can arrange for a specialist M N to visit the premises to verify items and inspect the moving environment, and provide the customer with a report on the required moving costs.
Return Of Invoice
To protect consumer rights, after the customer confirms the required services and charges, we will issue a receipt to the customer. This receipt provides detailed information including the moving date, inventory of items, breakdown of costs, and any specific instructions for the move. To confirm the moving arrangements, we will collect a deposit to avoid any unnecessary disputes between both parties.
Provide Cardbox
After the customer places an order, we will begin preparing packaging materials or provide cardboard boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and other packaging materials according to the date specified by the customer, for the customer to pack miscellaneous items and other belongings on the day of the move.
On The Moving Day
Packaging Furniture
On the day of the move, we prepare materials such as plastic wrap, felt pads, dollies, and corrugated paper to provide reliable protection for furniture, ensuring that all furniture remains undamaged during the moving process.
Move To The New Location / Address
After the customer confirms that all furniture is accounted for and placed in the truck, our moving specialists will proceed to relocate to the destination specified by the customer.
Installation
After arriving at the new residence, the moving specialists will provide professional advice according to the customer’s requirements, or arrange and install furniture in the positions specified by the customer, ensuring that the customer’s furniture is properly arranged and installed.
Payment
Once the customer confirms that all furniture and items have been correctly transported to the new location and properly placed, the entire service process will be successfully completed. Finally, we will provide a payment method that ensures customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
MOVING TIPS
Start by packing non-essential items first, such as books, decorations, DVDs, etc.
After packing the cardboard boxes, label them with “Living Room”, “Bedroom”, “Kitchen”, “Fragile Items”, etc. This way, when moving to a new home in the future, it will be easy to place the boxes in their respective locations and find the needed items more easily.
Please package all remote controls in the same bag.
When packing cardboard boxes, please place heavier items at the bottom, lighter ones on top, and keep similar items together.
Ensure that each box is filled with items and securely positioned. This will prevent them from shifting, colliding, or being crushed during transportation.
Try to consume perishable foods first, and stop excessive purchasing of food and non-essential items.
Place valuable items in a box and carry them with you, including important documents, IDs, bonds, stocks, jewelry, watches, and cash etc.
If there are children and pets at home, please prioritise arranging a dedicated person for supervision.
Moving is the best opportunity to discard or store infrequently used items, allowing the new house to have more available space. For example, items used only once or twice a year should be considered for discarding or storing services to expand the available space.
